Yes, LUVA BLOOM reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances:

  • Receiving an order confirmation does not signify final acceptance. We may accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving it.
  • In cases of inventory shortfalls, we will inform you via phone, email or text. We may either:
  • Supply less than the quantity ordered.
  • Cancel your order with prior notice.

  • Cancellation before shipment: Refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours after cancellation.
  • Cancellation after shipment or return: Refunds are processed once the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

LUVA BLOOM offers an easy return policy:

  • You can raise a return or exchange request for unused products in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery.
  • Partial returns are accepted, allowing you to return one or more items from your order.

To initiate a return:

  • Attach a photograph of the product for reference.
  • Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-4 business days.

Once we receive the unused and undamaged product, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.
Conditions for Ineligibility of Returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or altered.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories.
  • The original packaging is damaged.
  • The serial number is tampered with.

  • If the product/package is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please return it to the delivery person immediately.
  • For damaged/defective products received after delivery, contact us at +91-9877106505 or [email protected], mentioning your Order ID.
  • Attach a photograph or video of the damaged product for reference.

We will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost. Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Yes, you can initiate a return for individual items. However, any product being returned must include all components, including complimentary gifts or accessories received with the item.
